The design for this Victorian semi in Fleetville involved a wraparound side extension and loft conversion, to provide much needed additional accommodation to suit modern family life.

Lingwood Design were appointed to assist with resolving an earlier scheme and, after going back to planning, were able to deliver a spacious and light filled home.

At ground floor level, the darkest areas of the floor plan provide cloakroom storage, WC and a useful utility space; freeing up the rear room for a highly glazed contemporary kitchen diner.

Working with Sam from Redcurve Design (interior designer), the use of exposed steelwork and brickwork complemented with high end lighting and fixtures/finishes lend this home an fabulous industrial luxe look.
